With 23 injection molding machines, ranging in size from 18 tons to 440 tons, Gemini Plastics molds products for a wide range of applications, including more than 3,000 custom electronic and lighting components, industrial molded parts, and consumer items.
In addition to building new molds, Gemini Plastics designed and developed a new tool room capable of handling your mold repairs. Bringing this labor in house will reduce your costs and improve very important lead times when a mold becomes inoperable. Our high-tech preventative maintenance program allows our staff to maintain over 2000 molds.
