The Gemini Process
- Presentation of project via drawing or sample.
- Gemini reviews the entire project which will include material specification, molding capabilities, packaging, and secondary operations.
- Provide formal quote including all tooling and production costs.
- Design review with Customer
- Identify key areas for inspection and any other quality control parameters.
- Build prototypes, if necessary
- Produce Part DFM - (Design for Manufacturing)
- Mold design review
- Build mold based upon approved design
- Submit first shot samples with FAI report and Cp/Cpk analysis.
- Adjust mold if necessary
- Sample approval by Customer
- Production run
