Our employees are trained on customer specifications and are empowered to make decisions within the scope of their responsibilities to ensure those requirements are met. In order for our objectives to be obtained, we have an established quality system that targets the ISO9001 standard.
For those clients who require the SPC, our quality control staff works closely together to ensure SPC dimensions are continually monitored throughout a production run. Those measurements are stored in our database for process evaluation, lot control and certification.
Our measurement equipment is maintained under the guidelines developed by the National Bureau of Standards. We also have a color spectrophotometer for those clients who require color matching and test results.
Our guarantee is simple. If a part does not meet its specified requirements, you may return the item without question.
